The Science Fiction Poetry Association has announced winners of the 2003 Rhysling Awards for achievement in speculative poetry.

The Science Fiction Poetry Association was founded in 1978 by science fiction writer Suzette Haden Elgin as a forum for poets whose work includes elements of science, science fiction, surrealism, horror or fantasy. Currently the organization has about 100 members. It publishes Star*Line, a bimonthly newsletter and poetry journal.
