SFFH on General Lists

Anne Rice's latest vampire novel, Blood Canticle (Knopf) debuts strongly on 5 lists, though it slips on Amazon, where it's been selling pre-publication copies for several weeks. R.A. Salvatore's Forgotten Realms novel The Lone Drow (Wizards of the Coast) also debuts impressively, on 4 lists with a similar slip on Amazon. Dates shown are posted dates, except those in parentheses, which are dates compiled. New York Times posts its list one week in advance of print publication.

Note that some sources do not compile paperback bestsellers, and some exclude YA books (like the Harry Potter series) from their hardcover and paperback fiction lists.
