SFFH on General Lists

Stephen King's 5th Dark Tower novel, Wolves of the Calla (Donald M. Grant/Scribner), which has placed on Amazon's Top 100 Bestsellers list for several months due to pre-publication orders, rises to #3 in anticipation of the book's availability this week -- it goes on sale Tuesday. Another book ranking on Amazon lists in advance of availability is the latest Star Wars novel by James Luceno, The Unifying Force (Del Rey).
The trade paperback of Gregory Maguire's Wicked debuts on 2 lists this week. And for some reason, UK paperbacks of Philip Pullman's trilogy rise sharply in BookSense rankings to place in the top 10 of its children's list this week.
The widest ranking book this week is still Neal Stephenson's Quicksilver, on 6 lists, in the top 10 on 2 of them. David & Leigh Eddings' The Elder Gods, Audrey Niffenegger's The Time Traveler's Wife, the latest Harry Potter novel, Greg Keyes Star Wars novel, and the paperback of Anne Rice's Blackwood Farm are on 3 lists each.
