2021 James Tait Black Prize Shortlists

The First Woman by Jennifer Nansubuga Makumbi (Oneworld) and A Children’s Bible by Lydia Millet (Norton) are on the four-title shortlist for the 2021 James Tait Black Prize in the fiction category. The £10,000 award is presented by the University of Edinburgh for books published during the previous year. Winners will be announced during the Edinburgh International Book Festival, to be held August 14-30, 2021 at the Edinburgh College of Art in Edinburgh, Scotland.
