Hartley Wins Wellman Award

The North Carolina Speculative Fiction Foundation has announced the winner of the 2017 Manly Wade Wellman Award. The award recognizes “outstanding achievement in science fiction and fantasy novels written by North Carolina authors.”

The winner was honored at ConGregate, July 15, 2017 at the Radisson Hotel in High Point NC.
