2023 Kirkus Prizes Finalists
Finalists for the 2023 Kirkus Prizes have been announced, including several titles of genre interest:
Fiction
- White Cat, Black Dog, Kelly Link (Random House)
Young Adult
- The Eternal Return of Clara Hart, Louise Finch (Little Island)
Middle Grade
- The Skull, Jon Klassen (Candlewick)
“Each of the winners will receive a $50,000 cash prize. The finalists are selected from books that have received starred reviews from Kirkus—stars are given in recognition of ‘exceptional merit’ to about 10% of all books reviewed by the magazine.”
Winners will be announced at a ceremony October 7, 2023 in New York City, NY and livestreamed on YouTube.
