Norwescon 45
Norwescon 45 was held April 6-9, 2023 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport in SeaTac WA; the theme was ‘‘Between Two Worlds.’’ Guests of honor were P. Djèlí Clark (writer), Grace P. Fong (artist), and Greg Dubos (science). Uncanny was the spotlight publisher, represented by Lynne M. Thomas & Michael Damian Thomas. The weekend included hundreds of hours of programming with scores of panels and readings, plus special events including opening ceremonies, the Masquerade, an art show, dances, laser tag, murder mystery pop-up games, a speculative film fest, the presentation of the Philip K. Dick and Endeavour Awards, and more. Some events were streamed online. Norwescon 46 will be held March 28-31, 2024 in SeaTac WA. For more: <www.norwescon.org>.
