2023 Colorado Book Awards Finalists

Finalists for the 2023 Colorado Book Awards have been announced, including their SF/F category.

Science Fiction/Fantasy

  • Demon Riding Shotgun, L.R. Braden (Belle Bridge)
  • Denver Moon: The thirteen of Mars, Warren Hammond & Joshua Viola (Hex)
  • Conscious Designs, Nathaniel White (Miami University)

Other finalists of genre interest include Bizarre Bazaar: A Collection of Stories from Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers edited by Amy Drayez & Veronica R. Calisto, eds. (Rocky Mountain Fiction) in the Anthology category, and Bright Ruined Things by Samantha Cohoe (St. Martins) and Cold the Night, Fast the Wolves by Meg Long (St. Martins) in the Young Adult category.
