2020 Edge Hill Short Story Prize Longlist
The 12-title longlist for the 2020 Edge Hill Prize for Short Story has been announced, including the following titles and authors of genre interest.
- Salt Slow, Julia Armfield (Picador)
- Things We Say in the Dark, Kirsty Logan (Vintage)
- Sudden Traveller, Sarah Hall (Faber)
The £10,000 prize is given to “a single-authored collection of short stories” by writers born or residing in the UK or Ireland. Judges for 2020 are Zayneb Allak, Sara Hunt, and David Szalay. The shortlist will be announced sometime in September 2020, and winners in November.
