Westover Wins Inaugural US Selfies Award
The Winter Sisters by Tim Westover (Qw) is the winner of the Selfies Book Awards U.S., awarded by Publishers Weekly and BookBrunch “to discover promising talent and recognise the very best indie-published titles each year.”
Westover will receive $1,000 and a $5,000 advertising package with Publishers Weekly. The Winter Sisters “will also be featured at trade shows and promoted to 30,000 librarians….”
Shortlisted titles of genre interest include Athena’s Choice by Adam Boostrom (self-published) and Murder of Ravens by Paty Jager (Windtree).
