2020 Branford Boase Award Shortlist

A Pocketful of Stars by Aisha Bushby (Egmont) and Frostheart by Jamie Littler (Puffin) are among the seven titles shortlisted for the 2020 Branford Boase Award.

The award is “given annually to the author of an outstanding debut novel for children.” Winners will be announced July 1, 2020. Judges are Sue Bastone, Victoria Dilly, Julia Eccleshare (chair), Layla Hudson, and Muhammad Khan.
