2019 GUFF Candidates
Candidates for the 2019 Get Up-and-over Fan Fund (GUFF) have been announced:
- Lynelle Howell (New Zealand)
- Simon Litten (New Zealand)
- Nicole Murphy (Australia)
The 2019 fund will send fans from Australasia to Europe to attend Dublin 2019, the 77th Worldcon, in Dublin, Ireland to be held August 15-19, 2019. GUFF is open to anyone who has been active in science fiction fandom before the start of the previous year. Candidates for a northbound trip must be residents of Australia or New Zealand. Anyone active in fandom before the start of the previous year may nominate and vote for a candidate. Voting is open until April 22, 2019. Candidates for the 2019 Trans-Atlantic Fan Fund (TAFF) were announced earlier this year.
