Due Wins Chautauqua Prize

The Chautauqua Institution has announced The Reformatory by Tananarive Due (Saga) as the winner of the the 2024 Chautauqua Prize, awarded to “a book of fiction or literary/narrative nonfiction that provides a richly rewarding reading experience and honors the author for a significant contribution to the literary arts.”

The winner receives $7,500. The award will be presented during a celebratory event on August 19, 2024 in Chautauqua NY. For more information, see the announcement from the Chautauqua Institution.
