B&N Book of the Year Shortlist

The shortlist for the Barnes and Noble Book of the Year 2023 has been announced. Titles of genre interest include:

  • The Puppets of Spellhorst, Kate DiCamillo, illustrated by Julie Morstad (Candlewick)
  • Yellowface, R.F. Kuang (Morrow)
  • Divine Rivals, Rebecca Ross (Wednesday)
  • Let Us Descend, Jesmyn Ward (Scribner)
  • Fourth Wing, Rebecca Yarros (Red Tower)
