2023 Baihua Literature Awards Winners

The Baihua Literature and Art Publishing House has announced the winners of the 2023 Baihua Literature Awards. Winners are chosen by public vote, making the Baihua Awards the only major literary award of its kind in China.

Winners of genre interest include Ren Qing’s Laizi Jinweilai De Zidan [Bullets From the Near Future], winner in the Sci-Fi Literature category. Other categories included Short Story, Novella, Novel, Prose, and Online Literature, as well as awards for editors and readers.

The Baihua Awards have been given every two years since 1984. The Sci-Fi Literature category has been awarded since 2019.
