2023 Munsey Award Nominees
PulpFest has announced the nominees for the 2023 Munsey Award, given to “an individual or organization that has bettered the pulp community.” Nominees are selected by the general pulp community, with the winner selected by a vote of past Lamont, Munsey, and Rusty Awards winners. The nominees are:

- Richard Bleiler
- Gene Christie
- John DeWalt
- Henry G. Franke III
- Chris Kalb
- William Patrick Maynard
- Gary Phillips
- Sheila Vanderbeek
- Chuck Welch
- Howard Wright
- Dan Zimmer
The winner will receive limited edition art prints by David Saunders, and will be announced August 5, 2023 during PulpFest 2023, to be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh – Cranberry in Pittsburgh PA. For more information, see the PulpFest website.
