2022 National Book 5 Under 35
Ghost story Nuclear Family by Joseph Han (Counterpoint) is among the honorees of the National Book Foundation’s 5 Under 35, “a selection of five fiction writers under the age of 35 whose debut work promises to leave a lasting impression on the literary landscape.”
Each winner will receive $1,000. They will be honored at a ceremony this June in New York City, along with the 2021 winners. Selectors for this year were Anthony Doerr, Min Jin Lee, Jason Mott, Julia Phillips, and Azareen Van der Vliet Oloomi.
