2018 Endeavour Award Winner
The winner of the 2018 Endeavour Award has been announced:
- WINNER: The Cold Eye, Laura Anne Gilman (Saga)
- CrossTown, Loren W. Cooper (Xeno)
- Ironfoot, Dave Duncan (Night Shade)
- Portal of a Thousand Worlds, Dave Duncan (Open Road)
- A Secret History of Witches, Louisa Morgan (Orbit)
The award “honors a distinguished science fiction or fantasy book, either a novel or a single-author collection, created by a writer living in the Pacific Northwest.” The 2018 judges were Elizabeth Bear, James Patrick Kelly, and Christopher Rowe. The winner receives a $1,000 prize and was honored at Orycon 40 on November 9, 2018 at the Red Lion Hotel in Portland OR.
