Weekly Bestsellers, 6 February 2017
Terry Goodkind’s Death’s Mistress (Tor), first in a new fantasy series, debuts on three lists, ranking as high as #10 on the New York Times fiction hardcover list.
Also debuting is Neil Gaiman’s Norse Mythology (Norton), on sale tomorrow and already ranking high on all three Amazon lists. Meanwhile, the dystopian novels noted last week are placing on other lists: George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-four has slipped to #3 at Amazon.com but ranks #1 on the USA Today and Washington Post lists; Atwood’s The Handmaid’s Tale is #1 at Amazon.com this morning; and Huxley and Lewis debut on USA Today‘s list.
