Hartness Wins Wellman Award
The North Carolina Speculative Fiction Foundation has announced the winner of the 2016 Manly Wade Wellman Award.

The Wellman award recognizes “outstanding achievement in science fiction and fantasy novels written by North Carolina authors.” The winner was announced July 16, 2016 during ConGregate at the Radisson Hotel in High Point NC. Final voting was open to members of four North Carolina SF/fantasy conventions.
