Lois McMaster Bujold’s Captain Vorpatril’s Alliance debuted in first place on the hardcover list this month, with Cold Days by Jim Butcher coming in second. The new runner-up was This Book is Full of Spiders by David Wong (Dunne), with 42 titles nominated, down from the 49 we saw last month.
George R.R. Martin kept first place on the paperback list with A Storm of Swords, but ceded the second place spot to Seeds of Earth by Michael Cobley. The runner-up was Trapped by Kevin Hearne (Del Rey) with 52 titles nominated, up from last month’s 46.
The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien took first place on the trade paperback list this month. There was no new runner-up, with 41 titles nominated, down from the 44 we saw last month.
Star Wars: Darth Plagueis by James Luceno took first place on the media-related titles this month, and there was no new runner-up. There were 16 titles nominated, down a tick from last month’s 17.
Halo: Glasslands by Karen Traviss took number one in the gaming-related titles, and there was no new runner-up. There were 13 titles nominated, down from the 15 we saw last month.
