Jim Butcher’s The Aeronaut’s Windlass, first book in his new “The Cinder Spires” series, debuts strongly on four lists, ranking as high as #5 on the New York Times list. And the first of a series of illustrated editions of the Harry Potter books, released last week, is selling strongly on the Amazon lists.
