On February 3, 2025, Scarlett Pavlovich filed suit in Wisconsin federal court against author Neil Gaiman and his estranged spouse Amanda Palmer; the complaint’s nine charges include human trafficking (against both), assault and battery (against Gaiman), infliction of emotional distress (against Gaiman), and negligence (against Palmer).
