LeVar Burton Reads Writing Contest Winners
LeVar Burton Reads, in collaboration with Fiyah and Tor.com, has announced the winners of their inaugural short story writing contest.
The winning story is “The Last Truth” by AnaMaria Curtis. Second place is “Girl Oil” by Grave P. Fong, and third place is “Synthetic Perennial” by DaKishia Reid, writing as Vivianni Glass. Honorable mention is “The Chinatown Mission House for Wayward Girls” by James Longine Yu.
The winning entries were edited by Diana M. Pho and L.D. Lewis, and have been published on Tor.com. For more information, see the announcement.
