2022 International Dylan Thomas Prize Longlist
The longlist for the 2022 International Dylan Thomas Prize has been announced. Titles and authors of genre interest include The Sweetness of Water by Nathan Harris (Little, Brown/Headline), Hot Stew by Fiona Mozley (Algonquin/John Murray), and Peaces by Helen Oyeyemi (Riverhead/Faber).
The annual Dylan Thomas prize, in partnership with Swansea University, awards £20,000 “to the best published or produced literary work in the English language, written by an author aged 39 or under.” This year’s judges are Alan Bilton, Namita Gokhale, Luke Kennard, Irenosen Okojie, and Rachel Trezise.
A shortlist will be announced on March 31, 2022, and the winner will be announced on May 12. For more information, see the official website.
