Constelación Magazine Launches
Co-editors Coral Alejandra Moore and Eliana González Ugarte announced the creation of Constelación Magazine, “a bilingual magazine of speculative fiction.”
Publishing quarterly, each themed issue will feature original artwork. Stories can be submitted in either English or Spanish; selections will be translated and published in both. Submissions for the first issue open in October, concurrent with the launch Kickstarter.
Joining Moore and Ugarte on staff are Christina Jurado and Libia Brenda. The inaugural issue of Constelación is planned for January 2021. Submissions open October 15 – November 1, 2020 for the first issue: “The Bonds That Unite Us / Los lazos que nos unen”. Constelación offers 8 cents per word up to 6400 words.
For more information, including a sample issue and submission guidelines, see the official website.

We rely on reader donations to keep the magazine and site going, and would like to keep the site paywall free, but WE NEED YOUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT to continue quality coverage of the science fiction and fantasy field.
