Eaves Wins Wellcome Prize

Murmur by Will Eaves (Bellevue) won the Wellcome Book Prize, announced May 1, 2019 at the Wellcome Collection in London, UK.

The £30,000 prize “rewards exceptional works of literature that illuminate the many ways that health, medicine and illness touch our lives.” Judges for 2019 were Jon Day, Rick Edwards, Kevin Fong, Viv Groskop, and Elif Shafak (chair).
