Angry Robot Sold

Osprey Publishing Group has sold its SF imprint  Angry Robot to American entrepreneur Etan Ilfeld, who also purchased Osprey imprints Nourish and Watkins, for an undisclosed price. The present staff will retain their positions.

Ilfeld owns Watkins Bookshop in London and is editor-in-chief of Mind Body Spirit magazine. He intends to form Watkins Media Limited, which will include his publishing, bookshop, and mobile app development businesses. Ilfeld said, “As a die-hard sci-fi fan, I’m thrilled about purchasing Angry Robot.”
