George R.R. Martin’s A Dance with Dragons remained in first place on the hardcover list this month, with Wards of Faerie by Terry Brooks debuting at number two. The new runner-up was Year Zero by Rob Reid (Del Rey) with 55 titles nominated, up quite a bit from the 38 we saw last month.
George R.R. Martin continues to rule the paperback list, with A Game of Thrones and A Storm of Swords taking first and second, respectively. The new runner-up was Ghost Ship by Sharon Lee & Steve Miller (Baen) with 49 titles nominated, down from last month’s 55.
Ready Player One by Ernest Cline remained in first place on the trade paperback list this month by a small margin. The new runner-up was vN by Madeline Ashby (Angry Robot US), out of 40 titles nominated, up from 34 last month.
Star Trek: Titan: Fallen Gods by Michael A. Martin was first on the media-related titles this month and the new runner-up was Star Wars: Fate of the Jedi: Conviction by Aaron Allston (Del Rey). There were 17 titles nominated, down from last month’s 18.
Forgotten Realms: Charon’s Claw by R.A. Salvatore made its debut at the top of the list of gaming-related titles, and there was no new runner-up. There were 17 titles nominated, down from the 20 we saw last month.
