Frazetta Feud Continues
Alfonso Frank Frazetta — son of the late artist Frank Frazetta — has filed a lawsuit in Fort Myers FL against his three siblings, alleging they violated the terms of their April 2010 settlement agreement by failing to pay him a 25% share of the estate, not providing an accounting of their business dealings, and refusing to consult with him on business decisions.
The family feud became public in 2009 when Frank Jr. broke into the Frazetta Museum with a backhoe and attempted to remove numerous paintings to “protect” them from his siblings, an act that led to his arrest. In April 2010, a month before his death, the elder Frazetta met with his children and helped them work out a settlement agreement he hoped would bring an end to the fighting.
