Baen Website Relaunched

Baen Books has redesigned their website with free fiction, non-fiction, and other monthly features. The debut story is “Space Hero” by Patrick Lundrigan, the 2010 winner of the Jim Baen Memorial Short Story Contest; original works by Larry Correia, Gregory Benford, Robert Buettner, and others are also planned.

The new website will also include free materials for teachers, librarians, and book groups, as well as author interviews. The first teachers’ guide is to The Rolling Stones by Robert A. Heinlein, written by Felecia McDuffie, PhD. Existing features including the online bulletin board Baen’s Bar and the Baen Free Library (with 80+ free downloadable e-books) will remain in place.
