World Fantasy Awards Winners

Winners of this year's World Fantasy Awards winners were announced Sunday, November 2, 2003, at the World Fantasy Convention 2003 in Washington DC. Judges this year were Justin Ackroyd, Les Edwards, Laura Anne Gilman, Lawrence Watt-Evans, and Jane Yolen. Except for the Life Achievement recipients, and Serbian author Zoran Zivkovic, all winners were present to accept their awards.
