Terry Goodkind's Faith of the Fallen slips a bit but remains on several US lists, debuts this week on Amazon's fiction hardcover list, and returns after one week off to the Times of London list. San Francisco Chronicle, which has not had a regular paperback bestseller list (as indicated by the dark gray cells in the table below), does have a "quality paperbacks" list this week (mixing fiction and nonfiction), with Harry Potter books in positions 1 and 3.
