David and Leigh Edding’s The Redemption of Althalus slipped to #2 on the London Times' list, but remains #1 for the sixth consecutive week at Amazon UK. George R.R. Martin's A Storm of Swords was apparently published 8 August, according to Amazon UK, at least in hardcover; the trade paperback edition of the book is still ranked among the website's pre-publication bestsellers. James Luceno's Star Wars novel transitioned from the not-yet-published bestseller lists on Amazon and Amazon UK, to the real bestseller lists of NYT, USAT, and PW. Also just published and off the not-yet-published rankings: Iain Banks's Look to Windward. New on the not-yet-published lists: Terry Brooks's Isle Witch; Peter David's Star Trek novel Restoration; Anne Rice's Merrick; and Tad Williams's Otherland IV.
