Note that some sources do not compile paperback bestsellers, and some exclude YA books (like the Harry Potter series) from their hardcover and paperback fiction lists.

SFFH Books on General Bestseller Lists

Charlaine Harris extends her dominance of bestseller lists this week, with all seven Sookie Stackhouse novels in paperback -- beginning with Dead Until Dark (Ace; first published 2001) -- and the latest, eighth, novel in hardcover, From Dead to Worse (Ace) -- all ranking this week on New York Times bestseller lists, with four of them now ranking also on the combined USA Today list. (Benefitting from the current HBO series True Blood, based on the books.)
Neal Stephenson's Anathem slips a few more notches this week, but remains on 7 of the 8 lists compiled here, still ranking as high as #5 on the San Francisco Chronicle's list.
And Christopher Paolini's Brisingr remains highest overall on those lists it's not excluded from: #1 at USA Today and Amazon.com, #2 at San Francisco Chronicle and Amazon Canada, #4 at Amazon UK.
