J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince remains high on several lists, though it's already dropped to #3 on Amazon UK's list today. Publishers Weekly hasn't listed it yet, because they haven't posted a children's list since early July; Washington Post hasn't listed it, because they apparently don't list YA novels at all; and New York Times hasn't listed it by title, lumping it instead with the other Harry Potter books on their series books list (scroll to the bottom).
Elizabeth Kostova's The Historian continues to rank high on several lists -- in the top 3 on 4 of the print lists compiled here.
