The new “Star Trek, the Next Generation” novel boldly went to the top of the media-related category with a tremendous lead in its debut month, and was joined by three other titles from the same series. Nominees: 30, up from 28 last month.
Halo: First Strike prevails for the fifth month straight, with Halo: The Flood, in its tenth appearance on the gaming-related list, taking second. Nominees: 18, same as last month.
