Not much change this week. Terry Goodkind's Faith of the Fallen and Terry Brooks's The Voyage of the Jerle Shannara: Ilse Witch hold on to a few lists; associational novel The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay by Michael Chabon has debuted on two more lists. Newly published books by Laurell K. Hamilton, Stephen King, and Brian Herbert & Kevin Anderson have dropped off pre-publication bestseller lists and have yet to show up on regular lists. Starting this week, NYT updates all three categories of its children’s bestseller lists -- paperbacks, picture books, and chapter books -- on its website. Amazon UK has not updated its hardcover and paperback fiction lists for a month now.
