All lists rank hardcovers and paperbacks separately, except for the USA Today list, which is a single list combining fiction and nonfiction in all formats. Dates shown are posted dates, except those in parentheses, which are dates compiled. New York Times posts its list one week in advance of print publication.
Note that some sources do not compile paperback bestsellers, and some exclude YA books (like the Harry Potter series) from their hardcover and paperback fiction lists.

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies by Jane Austen & Seth Grahame-Smith debuts notably on print lists this week, as high as #3 on the New York Times fiction trade-paperback list, #14 on the similar list at Publishers Weekly.
Most other debuts this week are also paperbacks: the reprint of Charlaine Harris' From Dead to Worse (Ace) is #1 at NY Times; the reprint of Sherrilyn Kenyon's Acheron (St. Martin's) is #14; while Ilona Andrews' original Magic Strikes (Ace), third in her Kate Daniels series, is #16.
In hardcover the one debut is Raymond E. Feist's Rides a Dread Legion (Eos), #16 on the NYT list.
