Dates shown are posted dates, except those in parentheses, which are dates compiled. New York Times posts its list one week in advance of print publication.
Note that some sources do not compile paperback bestsellers, and some exclude YA books (like the Harry Potter series) from their hardcover and paperback fiction lists.

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies: The Classic Regency Romance - Now with Ultraviolent Zombie Mayhem! by Jane Austen & Seth Grahame-Smith (Quirk Books) -- no, this is not an April Fool's joke -- ranks high on Amazon.com (#10) and Amazon Canada (#28) today, though apparently it's not quite in stock yet; publication date is April 8th.
Several other paperbacks debut this week -- the trade edition of Iain M. Banks' Matter (Orbit), ranking #10 this week on the San Francisco Chronicle list; and titles by Timothy Zahn, Terminator Salvation: From the Ashes (Titan Books), and Brent Weeks, The Way of Shadows (Orbit), debut on New York Times' mass market list at #27 and #31 respectively.
