SFFH on General Lists

Susanna Clarke's Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell remains on 9 lists this week (every list except Australia's), while Terry Pratchett's Going Postal ranks #1 on Amazon's UK list today, though its publication date isn't until October 7, while the US edition appears in stores today.
In the US, Philip Roth's alternate-history novel The Plot Against America (Houghton Mifflin) ranks #4 at Amazon, and #7 on the BookSense fiction hardcover list, though its publication date isn't until October 5. (While the UK edition from Jonathan Cape is due Sept. 30th, according to Amazon UK. If the release dates on Amazon are accurate, then, ironically, Pratchett is appearing first in the US, Roth first in the UK.) [Update 1 Oct: Roth's book was in US bookstores by Sept 30, so the dates on Amazon are not necessarily accurate in that sense.]
Stephen King's The Dark Tower ranks #1 on the BookSense fiction hardcover list and ranks well on the various Amazon lists, but it's too new to have cracked the newspaper lists yet.
David Mitchell's Cloud Atlas has risen in Amazon sales since it was shortlisted for the Man Booker award; it's #78 today on Amazon, up to #28 on Amazon Canada.

All lists rank hardcovers and paperbacks separately, except for the USA Today list, which is a single list combining fiction and nonfiction in all formats, and BookScan, which combines hardcovers and paperbacks within lists for fiction, nonfiction, and children's. Dates shown are posted dates, except those in parentheses, which are dates compiled. New York Times posts its list one week in advance of print publication.
Note that some sources do not compile paperback bestsellers, and some exclude YA books (like the Harry Potter series) from their hardcover and paperback fiction lists.
