SFFH on General Lists

Eoin Colfer's mini-Artemis Fowl novel, The Seventh Dwarf (Puffin), rises to #1 on UK BookScan's list of children's bestsellers this week.
R.A. Salvatore's The Highwayman debuts on the New York Times list at #34. A movie tie-in edition of Stephen King's Four Past Midnight, timed for the release of Secret Window, ranks on 2 lists. And paperback reprints of books by Mercedes Lackey, Margaret Atwood, and Paul Stewart & Chris Riddell debut on various lists.

Dates shown are posted dates, except those in parentheses, which are dates compiled. New York Times posts its list one week in advance of print publication.
Note that some sources do not compile paperback bestsellers, and some exclude YA books (like the Harry Potter series) from their hardcover and paperback fiction lists.
