SFFH on General Lists

J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire — last year's Hugo Award winner — is out in paperback in the US, and debuts on three lists this week, placing in the #1 position at USA Today. The book has been out in paperback in the UK for a while.
One other book debuts this week, Matthew Stover's Star Wars: The New Jedi Order: Traitor (Del Rey), on three lists.
The Philip K. Dick UK movie tie-in Minority Report is up to #5 on Amazon UK's hardcover fiction list.
Two of the lists, BookSense and Amazon, are unavailable today; those columns below have not been updated.

Note that some sources do not compile paperback bestsellers, and some exclude YA books (like the Harry Potter series) from their hardcover and paperback fiction lists.
