J.K. Rowling's The Tales of Beedle the Bard, published last week, ranks solidly at #1 on all three Amazon lists today, as it did a week ago. Expect it to debut on print lists -- those that don't exclude it for being a young adult book -- next week.

Meanwhile, Rowling's Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows bounces back onto Amazon.com's list, barely, at #99 today, after dropping out of the top 100 last week to #104.

Two significant debuts this week are by Jim Butcher -- whose Princeps' Fury (Ace), fifth novel in his Codex Alera series, ranks on three print lists this week, as high as #13 at New York Times and Publishers Weekly, while the mass market paperback reprint of the fourth book in the series, Captain's Fury, debuts at #22 on NYT's mass market list -- and Tobias S. Buckell, author of the latest gaming tie-in novel Halo: The Cole Protocol (Tor), which debuts on three print lists this week, as high as #4 on the New York Times trade paperback list.
