A couple titles by Andrzej Sapkowski reappear in paperback rankings this week, presumably due to the premiere of Season 2 of “The Witcher” on Netflix last month.
Titles by Kazuo Ishiguro, Andy Weir, and a couple others in paperback have moved up or come back onto lists, presumably the results of holiday shopping or inclusion on best-of-the-year lists.
