2022 Pritchett Prize

Doggerland” by Kaliane Bradley has won the 2022 V.S. Pritchett Short Story Prize, given by the Royal Society of Literature (RSL). The prize was established “to commemorate the centenary of an author widely regarded as the finest English short-story writer of the 20th century” and the winner receives £1000 plus publication in Prospect.

The prize is supported by the Authors’ Licensing and Collecting Society (ALCS) and judges were Jenn Ashworth, Cynan Jones, and Emma Paterson.
