Best German SF Short Story

Best Foreign SF Work Published in German

  • Tales from the Loop, Simon Stålenhag (Fischer Tor)

Best SF Translation Into German

  • Die groβe Stille [The Broken Earth], N.K. Jemisin, translated by Susanne Gerold (Knaur)

Best Cover Art or Illustration

  • Meike Schultchen for the cover of Cozmic 2, René Moreau & Michael Vogt (Atlantis)

Special Achievement Award for One-Time SF Activities

  • Hans Frey

Special Achievement Award for Long Term SF Activities

  • Freundeskreis Science Fiction Leipzig (FKSFL)

The winner for Best SF Radio Play has not been decided yet. The award ceremony will take place on November 6, 2021, as part of the 12th PentaCon in Dresden, Germany.
