Shatner Receives Canadian Honor

Actor and author William Shatner has been named an Officer of the Order of Canada, one of Canada’s highest civilian honors, in recognition of outstanding achievement, dedication to the community, and service to the nation. Recipients will be presented with their insignia at Ottawa’s Rideau Hall at a future date. The full list of recipients was released by Governor-General Julie Payette and can be viewed here.
