Macmillan to Leave Flatiron Building

Macmillan (including Tor, St. Martin’s Press, and other divisions) will move their offices out of the iconic Flatiron Building in New York City, probably in early 2019. The company signed a 20-year lease for 261,000 square feet in a recently modernized building at 120 Broadway.
