- The Essex Serpent, Sarah Perry (Serpent’s Tail)
The Baileys Women’s Prize for Fiction celebrates “excellence, originality and accessibility in writing by women throughout the world.” The winner will be announced June 7, 2017 and will receive £30,000 and a bronze “Bessie” trophy.
